DSEdify is seeking experienced professionals to join our team as Tech Mocks Trainers to conduct mock technical interviews for learners. As a Tech Mocks Trainer, you will evaluate the skills and knowledge of candidates through simulated technical interviews in various technologies such as Java, Python, JavaScript, DevOps, Embedded Systems, and more. Your feedback will help candidates refine their interview techniques, boost their confidence, and increase their readiness for real-world technical interviews.

• Conduct Mock Interviews: Simulate real-world technical interviews for learners in your area of expertise (Java, Python, JavaScript, DevOps, Embedded Systems, etc.).
• Evaluate Candidates: Assess candidates on technical skills, problem-solving abilities, coding practices, and their understanding of core concepts related to the technology.
• Provide Constructive Feedback: Offer detailed feedback on the candidate’s performance, highlighting strengths and areas for improvement in their technical and soft skills.
• Interview Preparation: Share insights and tips on how candidates can perform better in real technical interviews, including problem-solving approaches, coding best practices, and time management during interviews.
• Real-Time Problem Solving: Present coding challenges or technical questions during mock interviews to evaluate the candidate’s ability to think critically under pressure.
• Soft Skills Assessment: Assess the candidate’s communication skills, clarity in explaining technical concepts, and ability to work under interview conditions.
• Collaborate with Trainers: Coordinate with DSEdify’s training team to align mock interview content with the learning outcomes of the respective programs.
• Flexible Scheduling: Set up mock interview sessions at mutually agreed times with candidates, offering both online and in-person options.

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience :
• 3+ years of professional experience in your specialized technology (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, DevOps, Embedded Systems).
• 2+ years of experience in technical training, mentoring, or teaching (preferred).
• Technical Proficiency:
• Java Trainers: Core Java, Spring, Hibernate, and related frameworks.
• Python Trainers: Python, its frameworks (Django, Flask), or Data Science.
• JavaScript Trainers: JavaScript and its frameworks (React, Node.js, Angular, etc.).
• DevOps Trainers: CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Cloud Platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Embedded Systems Trainers: Embedded C, microcontrollers, RTOS, etc.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
• Teaching Experience: Passion for teaching, mentoring, and creating a positive learning experience.
• Certifications: Any relevant certifications in your specialized technology are a plus (e.g., AWS Certified, Oracle Certified, etc.).
